The Back office application includes the functionality to support and manage the numerous components of your Tourism operation whether that be biased towards walk ups, pre-booked tickets, season ticket or annual pass holders. Hospitality and Retail sales are handled seamlessly to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Touch Screen Hardware for Hospitality
Aures Yuno is a stylish and robust hardware solution with a 15” responsive touch screen that is widely used in all types of retail and catering operations. The precise multi-touch projected capacitive touch screen is shock and scratch-proof (PCAP technology). The fanless design ensures that the solid-state drive remains dust and ingress free, ideal for harsh retail environments.
Hospitality Software features
The software includes a great deal of food and beverage functionality such as (but not limited to);
- Split bill
- Table/Group layout for pre or post-paid table service
- Accounts (basic hospitality tabs)
- Kitchen Printing (as detailed in Model 4)
- Modifiers (pre-set dish modifiers)
- Add notes to Kitchen Print
- Countdown (number of portions sold/available)
Orders are passed to the basket as above and them passed for payment.
Contactless Chip & PIN is fully ‘integrated’ so that the balance transfers to the PIN pad seamlessly for immediate payment. This process will speed up the point of sale and reduce input errors and manual mistakes.
The system includes a comprehensive reporting suite
within the Back-Office system. User access control means that authorized administrators have access to their own information only whether that be a single department, multiple or all departments. Reports are generated using from/to date range and selecting filters to tailor reports. Once created, reports may be exported in various formats including Excel, CSV, PDF, RTF, Text, Image.
Haven Systems helpdesk team are highly trained, experienced and have an average length of service in excess of 10 years ensuring that we can deliver a support level that is second to none. Our support base means that we can include comprehensive onsite hardware support that will maximise uptime.
We undertake all maintenance to the software and hardware under our standard maintenance agreement.
