Web Bookings

Bookings made via the web or via a telephone 'Hotline' are synchronized with 'Walk ups' in a logical process to optimize overall bookings. 

Print @ Home

Print@Home tickets offer both you and your visitors a speedy and efficient delivery method. Booked via your web site, a visitor welcome letter with embedded unique barcode is delivered via email. Visitors have the option of printing the letter off or displaying the email on their mobile device at the point of access.  

Queue Busting

Scanning the unique barcode displayed on each ticket or Print@Home ticket is typically managed at the ticket office or read via the access control barrier. Using mobile devices with scanning capability at peak periods has proven to reduce queuing times and improve overall visitor experience.

Bookings are an integral part of our EPOS for Tourism solution. Walk Ups, Telephone Hot Line and Web Bookings are all available options to ensure that your guests enjoy a simple to use and simple to book process. Data capture and the ability to process Gift Aid at the front of house supported by on demand reports are key components of the module. Facilities and Activities are controlled from the Back Office application with great flexibility to manage the Bookings Database. Delivering Print at Home tickets via email is fast becoming the standard for Tourism operators who are looking to streamline and save costs.

Back Office

The Back office application includes the functionality to support and manage the numerous components of your Tourism operation whether that be biased towards walk ups, pre-booked tickets, season ticket or annual pass holders. Hospitality and Retail sales are handled seamlessly to ensure a smooth transaction process. Data capture at the point of sale may be linked with postcode look up to improve speed and accuracy of data. Booking Arrivals Reports, Ticket Sales to Date and Bookings Cancelled and Booking Deposits Paid reports are all instantly available to authorised users. If more detailed or bespoke reports are required Analytics may be used to create and save user view to display visual reports such as Visitor Numbers, Collectors Cash Summary and much more.
