Most Electronic Point of Sale system issues can be taken care of remotely by one of the engineers as soon as a potential fault is identified, so even at your busiest period, distruption to opreations is kept to an absolute minimum. If however, an issue can not be rectified remotely, then a call is escalated to one of the Field Sevice Engineers.

Site Surveys

Once a customer has chosen Haven Systems as their Point of Sale supplier, an on site survey will be carried out. Haven System experience and knowledge of POS systems will ensure a fill assesment of your operation takes place. We will assess any additional requirements needed, including cabling, positioning, back office requirements and set up instructions.

Set Up

Haven Sytems engineers with their expertise will ensure a thorough migration and configuration of your EPOS system before the system goes live. They will also start the initial set up of menus, products, prices and design to your theme. Making sure the userface is correct and links to back office is a vital part of Haven Systems process before we install and set you live.

Haven Systems will test the system, check hardware and software use, back office set up and configuration before completion.

Installation

Haven Sytems engineers are fully trained and have extensive knowledge for the installation of your EPOS system and they will have a clear installation path from the site survey. There should be a smooth transition to your new Haven Point of Sale system and engineers will remain on site for a period of time to ensure successful operation of the system and to help with any user difficulties and questions.

Once installation is complete, an engineer will remain on site to train staff and management in the use of the system. With maybe 10-20 % of menus and products still to be added, engineers use this as a training tool to show managers how to set up menus, new products, prices, create users and clock in staff as well as showing all the reports.

Post Installation

After your POS system has been installed, Haven Systems will be available for future training, any start up issues and for any help and guidance that is needed to get the most out of your EPOS system. With the whole host of reports that are available from Haven and additional ones that can be tailored for your user needs Haven Systems will ensure you are getting the most out of your EPOS solution and will be there to help at every stage of the transition.
