The technical helpdesk offers both voice and remote access support. We use the latest software to remotely control any EPOS terminal or back office PC directly from our helpdesk. At the customer end, all that is required is a small application which does not require an installation or administrative rights. Security is of upmost importance so any remote access software we use features completely secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 bit) session encoding, the same security standard used by https/SSL.
The software we use offers complete security but is not inhibited by blocked firewall ports or NAT routing for local IP addresses.
Remote access allows us to quickly and efficiently connect to any internet connected PC in the world authorized by a unique password that is generated at each new session, the client simply offers our helpdesk the unique password to allow instant access.

Once the small application is installed at the clients end and passwords have been confirmed it usually takes less than 60 seconds to establish a secure connection. Customers or users can watch and monitor the activity on the screen in front of them making remote access an ideal tool for presentations and software demonstrations as well as maintenance fixes.
