Haven Systems have extended their range of EPOS software modules with a variation on the well established Leisure Management System. The latest Club Management module provides a solution for all types of membership clubs including Golf Clubs, Rugby and Football Clubs, Sailing Clubs, Tennis Clubs as well as general community centres or any organisation that has a membership requirement.

The membership databases provide an invaluable marketing tool when it comes to identifying members usage and spotting user trends. Flexibility is one of the key components that ensures the database provides the club commitee or management team with a simple to use yet powerful tool.

Club Management may be configured as a basic Electronic Point of Sale system with an integral membership database providing a two tier (member / non members) pricing structure that maybe driven by a card based system. Alternatively, a comprehensive cashless card system, with the option for photo ID, pre paid accounts and top up options maybe utilised.
