The Haven Systems Box Office module is designed to provide a visual booking display. This module allows clients to view a visual display of their theatre or alternative booking operation which encompasses a seat selection and capacity booking capability. This can also be integrated to an online booking module to allow clients customers to make bookings, select their seats and purchase tickets via the internet.

Variable seating plans can be configured to handle multipe set out options. The multi site capabiltiy of Haven Systems Point of Sale systems ensures that upto the minute data is available from all EPOS terminals on site and online booking modules, all of which can be controlled from a single Back Office system.

New events, products, times and prices are quickly and easily updated and tickets can be printed on memorabilia tickets that display all the information, company logos and or images.

Membership facilities can be enabled providing customers with photo ID's, cashless accounts and online booking membership and also provides clients with an invaluable marketing tool to contact customer and members with new shows, special deals and tailored campaigns to increase customer returns to maximise profit.
