Terms and Conditions 

Availability of products 

All products, software and services are subject to availability. If we can not supply products for any reason you will not be charged. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply goods.

Acceptance of Orders

The price payable for the goods will be confirmed and supported by a sales order agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated, and subject to delivery charges which are indicated at the time of order.

Delivery

Haven Systems priority is to complete supply of goods and installation within agreed timescales, however, we can not be held liable for any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

Product Guarantees

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee. Manufacturer's guarantees specifically exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

Cancellation of Orders

If you are not totally satisfied with your goods for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 5 working days from date of delivery. It is your responsibility to return any items in a pristine saleable condition in their original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and associated costs.  

Services and software orders are non refundable.

Property & Title 

No property and title to goods shall pass from Haven Systems Ltd to the Client until full and complete payment is received from the Client.
