Q: I have multiple operations. Can this be catered for? A: Haven Systems have a wealth of experience and knowledge of both single and multisite operations. Q: How many Point of Sale stations can Haven Systems EPOS systems handle simultaneously? Q: Can I use the Point of Sale systems at my place of operation and have my financial software in a different location? i.e home / office? A: Yes. The Back office of the EPOS system can be set up wherever you chose. The back office system controlls the entire Point of Sale system and its from here you can update stock, change price and products and view reports. You can have your back office on site, it can be viewed remotely or it can be set up in a central head office. Internet connection is required wherever you are in order to be able to poll the tills and retrieve live information. Q: How do I process credit, debit and gift cards? A: You can process all major credit and debit cards through the Haven System EPOS system. Haven Systems use the Ocius for PC's Chip and PIN card payment processing solution that can be utilised as a stand alone unit or it can be fully integrated solution suitable for both single and multisite capability. Q: Will by system become out of date in a few years? A: Haven System products are fully scalable and future proof, allowing a smooth expansion path at a later date if you choose to add locations or upgrade to additional modules. Q: Can I track customer transaction? A: Yes you can. All transactions are recorded on the poweful back office reporting suite. You can view all transactions by date and location, you can select from cash or credit transactions and if you set up customer accounts you can view those payments. Also, with the Haven Systems membership module, you can capture customer information for future marketing purposes or set up member accounts. Q: Can I set a reminder to reorder items? A: The Haven Systems Electonic Point of Sale software and stock control modules monitor the levels of stock. Reorder points can be set in the system and when the quantity falls below that point the software will remind you to reorder. With a full stock control package, suppliers can be set up on the system and when product quantities fall below the reorder levels the system will allow you to automatically contact the supplier, ordering the exact quantities to raise the products back up to the maximum levels. Q: Are security levels available in the Point of Sale system? A: Yes there is. There is a hierachy system in which you may set up user groups and assign security levels. You can choose what levels your employees are on i.e a sales person can only perform sales, while a supervisor can process sales, returns, voids and change prices and a manager can do all of these and also import financial information. |
