Formed in 1991 and incorporated in 1998, Haven Systems Ltd is a highly skilled systems house, specialising in touchscreen EPOS, Ticketing and Management reporting solutions. Haven Systems was established by Charles Rawsthorne, who founded the business after 18 years software experience in the Royal Air Force, leading a 75 man avionic software team. Charles always wanted to set up his own business and chose to set up Haven Systems in Pembrokeshire, the area he grew up in, selecting touchscreens as the new technology and EPOS as the application. Haven Systems was the first in the UK to use Javelin touchscreens, concentrating solely on touchscreen EPOS solutions and over the years the business has shown consistent growth due to innovation, product strength and a highly customer focused team. Today Haven Systems, based at Neyland Marina in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, prides itself on customer satisfaction. With complete solutions written in house, the innovative technical team tailor the most advanced systems available to customers operational requirements.
